Welcome to our NEW weekly newsletter! This will come each Monday during the season (this week’s it’s Tuesday). We hope this helps you be informed during the season! 

SOCCER: 

  • PICTURE DAY INFO — October 6th at Long Beach Elementary. Meet/Stage at the Covered Area. If it’s nice out - we will use the field for photos, if it’s pouring, we will be in the gym! Bring BOTH color shirts. For your individual photo, you can wear whatever color you want. Your coach will decide which color the team will wear for the team photo! Schedule is as follows:

    • 4:00 - Lyle

    • 4:10 - Turners

    • 4:20 - Armando

    • 4:30 - Erika

    • 4:40 - Provenzano

    • 4:50 - Amber & Eddie

    • 5:00 - Mack

    • 5:10 - Alex & Swains

    • 5:20 - Rockie

    • 5:30 - Courtney & Raelene 

    • 5:40 - Steve Holmes

    • 5:50 - Dawnielle

    • 6:00 - 5th/6th Boys & Middle School

​FLAG FOOTBALL:

  • PICTURE DAY INFO — October 5th at Ilwaco High School Stadium. Please meet your team by the entrance on the stadium side. Wear your uniform! Schedule is as follows:

    • 5:45 - 1st/2nd grade Flag

    • 6:00 - 3rd/4th grade Flag 

​TACKLE FOOTBALL:

  • PICTURE DAY INFO — October 5th at Ilwaco High School Stadium. Please meet your team by the entrance on the stadium side. Wear your uniform! Schedule is as follows:

    • 4:00 - 3rd/4th Grade Tackle

    • 4:30 - 5th/6th Grade Tackle 

  • We’re gearing up for our home jamboree on October 14th! We are looking for volunteers to help us with concession stand and chains. We would also take any concession stand style food donations to help us raise as much money as possible! Let us know if you would like to help by emailing ana@djhcc.org 

​CHEERLEADING:

  • PICTURE DAY INFO — October 5th at Ilwaco High School Stadium. Please meet your team by the entrance on the stadium side. Wear your uniform & Blue Bow! Schedule is as follows:

    • 5:15 - Tackle Cheer

    • 5:30 - Flag Cheer

  • We’re gearing up for our home Football jamboree on October 14th! We are looking for volunteers to help us with concession stand and chains. OTHER SPORTS UPDATES:

  • Winter Sports Registration is OPEN - Register today HERE. 

  • Winter Sports gear is available for pre-order now and we still have some gear in-stock for pick up today! www.djhcc.org/swagshop

  • We’re still looking for Soccer Referees! If you know anyone interested, have them email ana@djhcc.org 

  • Yesterday we shared a weather update with Soccer families, but for everyone to know, we play fall sports in all weather (except Thunder and Lightening). Any cancellation for weather will come from us.
